Our Manufacturing Process
Our measure of success is defined by our exceptional manufacturing practices. Each swimming pool, hot tub or plunge pool carries its own unique characteristics. Our client specifications are integrated into the fabrication process by translating the specifics into three dimensional technical drawings. Correct material selection is critical for maintaining the quality of our products. Our selection of raw materials is complete with mill test certifications and certified in accordance with the International metal standards.
Tesoro’s specialized fabricators employ modern fabricating techniques to cut, shape, form and weld each individual vessel prior to being passed through the hydraulics department. Each hydrotherapy jet and intake accessory are strategically placed, balanced through external piping lines and routed to and from a remote mechanical system. A Tesoro automated mechanical system may be assembled in house or broken down for convenience and on site installation.
Testing procedures are carried for an extended period of time to ensure the hydraulic components and structure are 100% water tight. Prior to applying the exterior insulation and interior finishes, rigorous quality control checks are executed.
Several options for interior finishes are available including tile applications on the horizontal and or vertical surfaces. Mechanically polished and brushed finishes are common wall finishes when integrated with tile applied on the horizontal surfaces.
