The wear resistant surface of stainless steel and ease of cleaning leads the way for strict hygiene environments such as hospitals, kitchens, food processing plants and aquatic facilities. Stainless steel is a naturally hygienic material; it’s properties are beneficial in conditions applicable to use in a swimming pool, hot tub or plunge pool. Traditional pools and hot tubs have several joints and porous surfaces multiplying the risks of bacterial growth. The surface properties of stainless steel sheets goods and methods of joining the various parts greatly limit this occurrence. Leakage problems are a major concern in any water containment.
